Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Loomsight’s resource planning platform and related services (the “Services”), provided by Loomsight (“Loomsight,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.

1. Using the Services

You must have authority to bind your organization to these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you submit and for all activity under your account, including staffing and scheduling data entered by your team.

2. Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you submit to the Services (“Customer Data”), including information about your team, projects, and schedules. You grant us a license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services.

3. AI-Generated Suggestions

Loomsight uses automated and AI-assisted features to suggest staffing, scheduling, and capacity recommendations. These suggestions are provided to assist your decision-making and do not replace your own judgment. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any staffing or scheduling decisions made using the Services.

4. Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout or in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in your agreement with us.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the Services’ source code
  • Use the Services to violate applicable law or third-party rights
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the Services
  • Resell or provide the Services to third parties without our written consent

6. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights to the Services, including our software, branding, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loomsight will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an account as described in the applicable order form or by discontinuing use of the free Services. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends, subject to any data export rights in your agreement.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
